Have you heard of this astonishing subwoofer, the SVS Subwoofer? Though SVS is relatively unknown to this world of technology but the word of mouth has been mentioning the word SVS subwoofer, for it is a high performance and high value subwoofer.

When SVS satellites launches its first full range subwoofers system at an affordable price of $1,149 with 5.1 channel SBS-01 with optional 12-inch sub, then the next best thing is to hear the speakers. How multidimensional it is when you start playing with the svs subwoofer !

Svs subwoofer is clarity, inside and outside

Things like aluminum cabinets and sculpted side panels, will encourage buyers to want to own an svs subwoofer. As we know, appearance of the speakers has little to do with the sound quality. Normally the manufacturer’s budget goes to the cosmetic and cabinet integrity, but with the svs subwoofer, budget has gone equally to sound plus aesthetics.

The SVS subwoofer is concise on simplicity of its appearance. To check out the high quality it offers, I listen to the R.E.M. – Losing My Religion, and the lead vocal is feeding all the channels. The spatial soundstage and center channels need to be spectrally matched to the front left and right. The stereo soundstage produces a wide range. The blend between subs and sats decent bass extension means the subwoofer need not push up high frequencies.

Svs subwoofer enhances your movie pleasure

With regards to movie set-ups, try to watch the movie Pirates of the Caribbean film. When Jack sparrow’s ship is accompanied by pure mayhem, the tantalizing squishy sounds of swords and knives are completely realistic, as if it is at your side. To hear the sound quality of the movie, you need to have a very competent sound system like th SVS subwoofer and satellites. As we continue watching the film, the cannon fires and explosions were realistic, and sometimes you get enthralled with the sounds alone, forgetting the images ! Wimpy subwoofers go splat when tackled with this much impulse energy, but SVS subwoofer enunciates effect with a deep clarity. This is really a serious sub and it’s thoroughly amazing.

These subwoofers offer great sonic performance, and you will really get repaid with what you pay. When you need more bass on the music, then you can hammer it all out with what you need. So now that you know what an SVS subwoofer offers, then its time to have one.

..Just a short video of how my room is setup. The video is pretty self explanatory but to add a little more background: – It’s the Marantz SR8200, i made a mistake and said 82000:) i’m finding it hard to upgrade. – The PRO-111FD has been reviewed as arguably the best Plasma on the planet, don’t believe me do a quick search. – Klipsch speakers are among the most efficient speakers made, the sensitivy rating is among the highest in manufactured speakers. This basically means that it takes much less power for Klipsch speakers to play at a given volume/db when compared to another speaker which has a much lower sensitivity rating, you would have to turn the volume up on your receiver/amp much higher – this equates to a more dynamic and powerful sound. – My sound panels are made by ATS Acoustics and are worth their weight in gold:) Like I said in the clip, any acoustic treatment is well worth the money and effort so go buy some! – That is all.

I’m about to begin laying cables for our new home theater. I’m a newbie in this realm, though I’ve spent quite a bit of time reviewing the various online bbs and newsgroups on the subject–and frankly I’m more confused than ever.

I’d appreciate good advice on what cables I need to connect the following equipment, A to B to C, etc.

Receiver: Harman Kardon AVR7000 (5.1)
Speakers: Vienna Acoustics Schönberg Series (Schönberg, Webern, Berg)
Subwoofer: SVS PB10
Projector: InFocus SP4805
Screen: Goo painted
DVD Player: OPPO DV971H
Game Console: PS2
PS2 add-ons: EyeToy camera, SingStar microphones, Pelican Predator II wireless controllers
Satellite Receiver: Kathrein DV3S516
Home networked computer (Cat5 cable)
Power Center: Monster Home Theater Reference Power Center

That’s the whole enchilada.

My wife thinks I’m way over my head with this project, and she’s probably right–so of course I’d love to prove her wrong.

Thanks in advance!
